These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and sbet2 ("sbet2," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the sbet2 website located at https://sbet2.app, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. sbet2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

One Account Policy: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on sbet2. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your sbet2 account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and may vary by payment method. sbet2 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

sbet2 aims to process GC ash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5–30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are credited to your sbet2 account in accordance with the conditions of the relevant promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• sbet2 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or any other method designed to circumvent wagering requirements — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

All games available on the sbet2 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the sbet2 server records, the server records shall be the definitive source of truth.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on the Platform.

All content on the sbet2 Platform — including but not limited to the sbet2 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of sbet2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the sbet2 Platform without prior written consent from sbet2.

sbet2 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the sbet2 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sbet2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sbet2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sbet2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
